Lakzora does not offer returns on purchased products. Once an order is successfully delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges in cases where the product received is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Proof Required for Exchange
To process an exchange request, customers must provide clear photo or video proof showing the damaged product. This proof helps our team verify the issue and ensure a smooth exchange process.
Exchange Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once the damage is verified, our team will arrange an exchange for the same product or a similar item if the original product is unavailable.
Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange requests will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or if proof of damage is not provided within the required time frame.
